Instrument Progress

We are in the operational phase of our data collection, and have selected a stratified random sample of statistics and data science courses to administer the family of surveys to. We are currently working on developing a web portal that researchers and educators can use to administer the instruments. This web portal should be broadly available no later than Fall 2025 – if you are interested in using the instruments before that, please reach out to us! We are already working with several teams who are administering the instruments and would be glad to work with you, too.

The EPIC-S and EPIC-DS instruments have been finalized, and the S-SOMAS, I-SOMAS, S-SOMADS, and I-SOMADS instruments will be finalized by Fall 2024.
